持粘性測試儀工作原理：把貼有試樣的試驗板垂直吊掛在試驗架上，下端懸掛規(guī)定重量的砝碼，用一定的時間后試樣粘拖的位移量，或試樣脫離的時間來表征膠粘帶抵抗拉拖的能力。適用于壓敏膠粘帶、劑、不干膠標簽、保護膜、膏藥、巴布膏等產(chǎn)品進行持粘性測試試驗。

持粘性測試儀使用方法：
★水平放置儀器，打開電源開關(guān)，并將砝碼放置在吊架下方槽內(nèi)。
★除去膠粘帶試卷A外層的3～5 圈膠粘帶后，以約300 mm／min的速率解開試樣卷（對片狀試樣也以同樣速率揭去其隔離層），每隔200mm左右，在膠粘帶中部裁取寬25 mm，長約100 mm的試樣。除非另有規(guī)定，每組試樣的數(shù)量不少于三個。
★用擦拭材料沾清洗劑擦洗試驗板和加載板，然后用干凈的紗布將其仔細擦干，如此反復(fù)清洗三次。以上，直至板的工作面經(jīng)目視檢查達到清潔為止。清洗以后，不得用手或其他物體接觸板的工作面。
★在溫度23℃±2℃，相對濕度65％±5％的條件下，按圖2規(guī)定的尺寸，將試樣平行于板的縱向粘貼在緊挨著的試驗板和加載板的中部。用壓輥以約300 mm/min的速度在試樣上滾壓。注意滾壓時，只能用產(chǎn)生于壓輥質(zhì)量的力，施加于試樣上。滾壓的次數(shù)可根據(jù)具體產(chǎn)品情況加以規(guī)定，如無規(guī)定，則往復(fù)滾壓三次。
★試樣在板上粘貼后，應(yīng)在溫度 23℃±2℃，相對濕度 65％±5%的條件下放置20 min。然后將試驗板垂直固定在試驗架上，輕輕把砝碼連接到加載板上。整個試驗架置于已調(diào)整到所要求的試驗環(huán)境下或試驗箱內(nèi)。

★ After the sample is pasted on the board, it should be left for 20 min under the conditions of temperature 23 ℃ ± 2 ℃ and relative humidity 65% ± 5%. The test plate is then fixed vertically on the test stand, and the weight is gently connected to the loading plate. The entire test stａnd is placed in the test environment or test chamber that has been adjusted to the requirements.
★ Hold the sticky tester and press the start key to start timing.
★ After reaching the prescribed time, remove the heavy objects. Measure the downward displacement of the sample with a magnifying glass with indexing, ** to 0.1mm; or record the time when the sample falls off the test plate (common method). If the time is greater than or equal to 1h, the unit is min, and if the time is less than 1h, the unit is s.
