閥門殼體厚度超過國家標準GB、JB和美標ANSI的標準數(shù)據(jù)要求，主要材質(zhì)化學元素和力學性能達到國家標準規(guī)定要求。殼體三段結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，體型堅固，外型美觀。
閥體材質(zhì)化學元素達到國家規(guī)定標準要求，精工細磨。保證閥桿具有良好的化學性能及抗腐蝕性能。
內(nèi)置緩行補償彈性墊圈，確保穩(wěn)定良好的密封性。并且在含有新質(zhì)介質(zhì)中，不容易卡死造成球的破裂。
全襯硬密封面接觸陶瓷球閥設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)，介質(zhì)通道均襯結(jié)構(gòu)陶瓷材料，其化學穩(wěn)定性加上的硬度（硬度HRA88以上，僅次于金鋼石）的特性。
閥門結(jié)構(gòu)簡潔，流道順暢，介質(zhì)流動阻力小。硬密封陶瓷內(nèi)件，由六件科學合理的結(jié)構(gòu)組成，與介質(zhì)接觸部分均為結(jié)構(gòu)陶瓷。閥球、閥座面接觸加工，使得球與座內(nèi)圓緊密結(jié)合。加上球圓精度高、表面質(zhì)量好、整閥扭矩輕、阻力小、密封性達零泄露。
