產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：

● 廣泛的織物染色加工適應(yīng)性：輕薄至厚重織物均可順暢運(yùn)行，布速可在150~600m/min范圍內(nèi)任意調(diào)節(jié)。
● 低浴比：*的內(nèi)網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)使浴比降至1:6~8。
● 超低張力設(shè)計(jì)：布匹運(yùn)行至前方內(nèi)部特殊布水分離裝置時(shí)已呈現(xiàn)低含水狀態(tài)，布重大幅降低，帶布輪將布匹由染色槽內(nèi)以距離向上提升，再經(jīng)由噴嘴系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行，此原理可使布匹在最

低張力狀態(tài)下順利高速同步運(yùn)行。
● 優(yōu)良的染色品質(zhì)和優(yōu)異的加工風(fēng)格：因被染織物借有高揚(yáng)程主泵提供噴射染液之流動(dòng)，得因解捻裝置，整流器及機(jī)尾二次撞擊點(diǎn)發(fā)揮作用，讓織物具有高度的松馳和搓揉，利用導(dǎo)布方箱

及機(jī)尾撞擊點(diǎn)，使布匹即使在高速運(yùn)行下仍能有規(guī)則地排列堆置，減少纏車停機(jī)。
● 噴嘴：可依據(jù)不同織物和工藝調(diào)整噴嘴口徑和間隙，以達(dá)到效果。

Machine Features:

● The wide fabric dyeing processing application: the thin and thick fabrics can be operated smooth. The cloth velocity can be arbitrarily adjusted within the scope of 150~600m/min.

● Low bath ratio: the distinctive internal net design can reduce the bath ratio to 1:6~8.

● Super-low tension design: When the cloth runs to the front of the internal water separation device, it has already presented the low moisture state, which makes the cloth weight reduce largely, thus leading the cloth upward through dyeing slot in minimum distance, and then run through the nozzle system. This principle can make the cloth operate smoothly and synchronously at high speed in minimum tension.

● Superior dyeing quality and excellent dyeing processing style: because of the dyed fabric flow by means of jet dyeing liquor of main high-lift pump. The twisting device, rectifier and the tail secondary impact point play their roles, thus letting the loose and rubbed. The cloth guide box and the tail collision point are used, to make the cloth evenly and regularly arranged under high-speed operation and reduce problems or shutdown.

● Nozzle: it can adjust the nozzle diameter and space according to different fabrics and processes, so as to realize the optimal effects.
