說明及特點:
1、該型分切機適合于分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等塑料薄膜，復合膜，
膜，彩印膜、卷筒紙等。是薄膜、薄片二次加工以及彩印包裝企業(yè)的理想機型。
2、整機由PLC集中控制（三矢量電機）并采用觸摸屏人機界面對整機進行集中操作。
3、放卷采用氣動剎車制動器，由PLC自動計算卷徑實現(xiàn)自動張力控制。
4、牽引控制由一臺矢量變頻電機驅動，實現(xiàn)恒線速度控制，并有效地隔斷收放卷張力之間的相互影響。
5、收卷軸采用氣漲軸收卷由二臺矢量變頻電機獨立驅動，收卷張力控制，根據(jù)收卷直徑，分切厚度，設定張力等參數(shù)，由PLC運算實現(xiàn)自動張力遞增。（可選滑差氣漲軸）
6、收卷軸上下壓輥離合采用氣動裝置，壓力大小通過調壓閥控制。
7、放卷用無軸裝卸料，氣動鎖緊，電動調寬窄，料卷氣動升降，裝卸料方便、效率高。
8、放卷EPC糾編裝置可準確控制端面精度。
9、分切采用分切裝置，端面整齊，有邊廢料風送。（紙張需購置圓刀分切裝置）
