主要用途　Main Application

　　本機(jī)主要用于口服液、安瓿、西林瓶等小圓瓶的立式自動(dòng)不干膠貼標(biāo)生產(chǎn)工序。設(shè)備搭載機(jī)器視覺識別系統(tǒng)，具備快速完成噴碼、檢碼、貼標(biāo)、檢標(biāo)、剔廢的自動(dòng)一體化功能。

　　采用該設(shè)備，既提高了藥品貼標(biāo)生產(chǎn)效率，又使貼標(biāo)質(zhì)量得到有效的檢測保證，貼標(biāo)品控能力大幅提升。

This machine is mainly used in the production procedure of automatic vertical self-adhesive labeling of small round bottles such as oral liquid, ampoules, and vials, etc. The equipment is equipped with a machine visual identification system, which has the automatic integration function of quickly completing the coding, checking, labeling, checking and rejecting.

Using this equipment not only improves the production efficiency of labeling, but also assures the labeling quality. The control ability of labeling quality is greatly improved.

工作原理　Work Principle

　　藥瓶自進(jìn)瓶緩存網(wǎng)帶，由螺桿分瓶送入過渡撥輪，藥瓶到達(dá)貼標(biāo)撥輪某一確定位置，感應(yīng)光電收到信號后，由供標(biāo)伺服電機(jī)供標(biāo)，此時(shí)標(biāo)簽噴碼及其檢測同步進(jìn)行。供標(biāo)同時(shí)由壓標(biāo)帶對藥瓶進(jìn)行旋轉(zhuǎn)壓標(biāo)。壓標(biāo)完成后，由同步帶帶動(dòng)藥瓶底座轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，三臺相機(jī)陸續(xù)從不同角度，對以完成貼標(biāo)藥瓶進(jìn)行拍照、計(jì)算機(jī)分析，由剔瓶機(jī)構(gòu)將不良品剔除，合格品進(jìn)入出瓶盤，機(jī)器工序全部完成。

The medicine bottle is fed into the bottle buffering mesh belt, and the bottle is sent to the transition wheel by the separating screw. The medicine bottle reaches a certain position of the labeling wheel. After the sensor photoelectric receives the signal, the label is supplied by the labeling servo motor. The code and its detection are performed synchronously. While supplying the label, the medicine bottle is rotated and pressed by the labeling belt. After the labeling is completed, the base of the medicine bottle is driven by the synchronous belt. The three cameras successively take pictures and computer analyzes the labelled medicine bottles from different angles. The defective products are rejected by unit. The qualified products enter the outfeed tray. The machine procedures are all completed.

工作流程　Work Process

待貼標(biāo)藥瓶→螺桿分瓶進(jìn)瓶→貼標(biāo)拔輪→光電感應(yīng)→出標(biāo)(噴碼、標(biāo)簽噴碼檢測)→壓標(biāo)→貼標(biāo)檢測→出瓶(不良品自動(dòng)剔除)
