On May 21st, the launch ceremony of the 2025 Textile and Garment "Optimizing Supply and Promoting Upgrading" activity with the theme of "Shared Intelligent Manufacturing · New Quality Future" and the supply and demand matching activity for the coordinated development of the textile and garment industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were successfully held in Gaoyang, Hebei Province, known as the "Textile Capital of China". Representatives from supply and demand enterprises of the textile and garment industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei gathered in Gaoyang to discuss "textiles" and "scarves", jointly weaving a splendid picture of coordinated development. Sixteen textile and garment enterprises from Shijiazhuang City participated in the event, joining 230 participating enterprises from the yarns, fabrics, home textiles, and clothing and accessories sectors in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to jointly embark on a new chapter of coordinated development.
This event is supported by the China National Textile and Apparel Council, the China National Garment Association, the China Home Textile Association and the Digital Economy Professional Committee of the China Cooperative Trade Enterprise Association. It is jointly organized by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hebei Province, the Economic and Information Technology Bureau of Beijing Municipality and the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Tianjin Municipality, and co-organized by the industry associations of the three regions. The aim is to explore the new trends of "shared intelligent manufacturing" in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, promote internal communication and cooperation within the province, deepen regional collaboration in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and build a new ecosystem of closer, more efficient and win-win supply and demand cooperation. The participating enterprises from Shijiazhuang City, along with the attendees, listened to the speeches and reports on the operation and development priorities of the textile industry delivered by leaders such as Yang Liu, Director of the Textile Division of the Department of Consumer Goods Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Yang Zhaohua, Vice President of the China National Textile and Apparel Council.
